A minimalist sushi room in Bubeneč, open since March 2024

Moshi Moshi opened on Pod Kaštany in March 2024, in the embassy quarter of Bubeneč where good restaurants are thinner on the ground than the postcode suggests. The room is stripped back: pale wood, a counter, not much else.

The sushi is cut to order and the menu is short enough that the fish turns over daily. It works better as a counter meal than a group dinner, and lunch is noticeably quieter than the evening.
