Restaurant Han opened on Vandmanden in Skalborg, southwest of Aalborg's centre, on October 7, 2025. Tabletop Korean BBQ and all-you-can-eat sushi anchor the menu, backed by a full lineup of Korean side dishes.

Part of the service runs through a robot server named Bella, who wheels plates from the kitchen to the tables. It's the detail everyone mentions first, right after the food.
