All-you-can-eat yakiniku and sushi on Boulevarden

Sekiryu opened on Boulevarden on May 13, 2025, built around yakiniku, the Japanese tabletop grilling style, run on an all-you-can-eat structure. Sushi and a Japanese drinks list round out the menu.

The format puts the cooking in your hands at the table instead of sending finished plates from a kitchen, still a newer sight in Aalborg than in Copenhagen.

We had the all-you-can-eat bbq. Great variety of food and dips, really good meat for korean bbq. The service is really good, they clean the grill every once in a while. Dog friendly too. 🐶 Highly recommend. 🤤

We had an incredible experience with both the sushi and the BBQ. On top of that, I saw other guests enjoying hotpot, which was a new concept for me—I'm eager to give it a shot on my next visit. The nigiris were exceptional.

All you can eat BBQ. Food is great and one of the owner really took his time to explain the different sets you can choose from. Ala Carte option also available.

I highly recommend this place! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and fresh, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful evening!
