The beach-club relaunch of the old Bahía plaza

Bahía Beach Club is the relaunch of a beachfront plaza that used to run as Bahía Bazaar, a shopping-and-dining strip on Cabarete Beach. It reopened in November 2025 under a new name and format: restaurant, bar and loungers in one stretch of sand.

It's open daily from 8am to 11pm, and weekends bring DJ sets that push well past dinner. The dishes that show up most on its Instagram lean seafood and shareable plates, built for a table of four.

We visited Bahia a few times during our stay in Cabarete, and in my opinion, it’s one of the best spots in this coastal town. The ceviche is excellent, and their pizza is just as good. The cocktails are amazing—definitely worth trying—and they also offer great deals during their afternoon and early evening happy hour. With ocean views, palm trees, and consistently great service, it’s a place we kept coming back to. And their weekly evening entertainment lineup offers something for most people’s tastes.

After the reopening, now it is such a cozy and fun spot right on the beach! Bahia Beachclub has amazing signature cocktails, super tasty food, and the perfect Cabarete vibes. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always great — whether you want to chill, enjoy a nice meal, or join one of their beach events. Perfect place to relax and have a good time! Local Music events happening every Wednesday.

Lovely place with a stylish vibe. Perfect place for enjoying a glass of Prosecco at the bar with friends. Excellent dinners and events with super friendly staff. Wednesday evening Salsa nights are just amazing! This place is my nr 1 in Cabarete!
