One of the few tasting menus on this coast

Bliss has been a Cabarete dinner fixture for years, cooking a level up from the beach-restaurant standard. The tasting menu is the thing to ask about; it's not always on the printed card.

Dinner only, 6 to 10:30pm, closed Sundays. Reservations are worth making on weekends since the dining room is small.

Without a doubt the best high end restaurant in the area. Owners are originally from Italy and coveted this villa to an amazing restaurant. All of the food was cooked to perfection and drinks were made with top of the line ingredients.

Went here for the Chef's five course menu x2 and everything was excellent. Highly recommend when in Cabarete. $150 USD with several drinks so for a special occasion go for it.

Beautiful restaurant off the beach with no view of the ocean. Nice menu, the food was a bit disappointing as we both ordered the surf and turf and the lobster and beef were both overcooked. The appetizers were delicious, the specialty coffee a disappointment as they were served without whipped cream. We will likely give it another try as the place is quite nice and the menu choices very good, even though it s quite pricy.

Enjoyed the fantastic Tasting Menu at Bliss for Valentines Day. Complementary champagne, gorgeous setting and such a deliciously curated menu with attention to visual appeal, textures and the flavors…. so good!! Additionally, I require a gluten free meal and Nara assured me they would have no problem making any necessary adjustments. If you’re looking for an excellent dining experience you must visit Bliss.
