Single-origin coffee that runs into cocktail hour

Skip the breakfast rush. Café de Finca doesn't open until 4pm, running as a coffee-and-cocktail lounge inside Zel Punta Cana rather than a hotel lobby counter.

The beans are single-origin, roasted with more care than most hotel machines bother with. It's part of a small specialty coffee chain Meliá runs across its Zel properties, and this is the first one in the Caribbean.
