Fresh bread and pastries come out of the oven early at Dalia's, and the sit-down menu, breakfast through dinner, is built to lean on them. Few cafes in Los Corales bother staying open this long.

Regulars keep coming back more for the service than any single dish. The place also turns out birthday and event cakes on a regular basis, mostly for locals, since a tourist grabbing a coffee rarely thinks to ask.
