Noto
★ 4.6 · 237 reviews Nice Opened 31 January 2026
Italian classics with Four Seasons George V pedigree, right between Vieux-Nice and the Promenade
Noto opened at the end of January 2026 on rue Saint-François de Paule, a joint project between the Moma Group and Nice's own Ouki Group. Chef Emilio Giagnoni trained under Simone Zanoni at the Four Seasons George V in Paris. The address sits on the street linking Vieux-Nice to the Promenade des Anglais.
The menu sticks to Italian staples rather than reinvention: vitello tonnato, pasta al pomodoro, linguine alle vongole, risotto al tartufo. Open daily for lunch and dinner except Tuesdays.

very nice rest , with truly delicious dishes we ate ceasar with chicken ( 10/10) , sea bass carpaccio ( with thin crispy « bread » it was so cool 8/10) , also eggplant with parmegano omg nice nice nice , annnd fish , it’s was delicious but common one , plus we wait a lot for fish so we weren’t so hungry , stuff apologised by making our young rose wine as a compliment, so that was cute experience recommending !

I absolutely loved this restaurant! Everything was wonderful - the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The live music perfectly complemented the evening and made it even more special. We celebrated a birthday with a small group, and we had an amazing time.

Absolutely brilliant… We went back twice during our trip because it was that good. Outstanding food, extraordinary service and a special mention to Cecilia and Valentin, who were wonderfully hospitable and kind. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Good food and good atmosphere. As the other reviews said, it does get loud (especially if there’s a group reservation) but seems like after 9:30-9:45pm. We were there at 9:15 and the music was very mellow/clasical but it got louder at around 9:45pm but not too much that we could not have a conversation. After sitting down, service was great.
