Coffee and aperitivo, Milanese-style, in a former supermarket
Manuel Pinciroli, Lu Leisering and Silvan Frick built Pinci around the rhythm of a Milanese all-day bar: coffee in the morning slides into aperitivo by evening, pasta and focaccia carrying the whole day through. The corner of Auguststraße and Große Hamburger Straße used to hold a neighbourhood supermarket.
Open Monday to Friday, 11am to 11pm, no real gap between lunch and last call.

Trendy place, great people watching. Had a very tasty plate of pasta. A bit overpriced but overall good. The olive oil and bread was delicious!

The food was delicious. However I had a bad experience related to service, namely, the guy waitress did not allow me to take a normal table for two explaining like I was alone. To have a fast lunch I do not think you have to be accompanied by someone to get a table. Will not return to this place.

Very trendy place. We tried some toasts and they were excellent. Nice atmosphere with mostly locals. And it looks like many of whom are from tech and investment firms.

Unfortunately quite dissatisfied. Used to be much better in the past. But prices went up while quality went down. The pasta we had today both were very salty. Mine had barely any meat in it (“ragu”). Also very small portions for the price

Very cool Italian restaurant and bar. The food is great, the menu changes frequently, and they have some of the best tiramisu. The staff are super friendly, and there’s always a great vibe, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It gets quite packed on Fridays, so it’s best to come early.
