The Estrel Tower will be Berlin's tallest building once it opens, 45 floors designed by Barkow Leibinger next to the Estrel Berlin, the hotel and congress centre the same family has run since the 1990s. The tower adds 522 rooms, long-stay apartments, offices and a sky bar and restaurant near the top.

Completion slipped from late 2025 to December 2026. While Berlin's other tall buildings cluster around Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz, this one rises from the Neukölln ship canal, well south of the centre.
