A Findorff café reopened with pastries from the Schnoor bakery

Owner Hasan Gül reopened Café Werkstatt on Hemmstraße on 24 October 2025 after a full renovation. Triple-glazed windows replaced the old shopfront, there's a new counter, and new sliding doors put the cake and pastry display in view from the street. Baked goods come from a bakery in Bremen's Schnoor quarter, served alongside coffee from local roaster Waller Lloyd.

Beyond the sweet counter, there's a daily-changing savoury side: small mezze-style dishes and a fresh soup, with seating for 54 in the renovated room.
