450 square metres of Italian design facing the Bayerischer Hof

Right on Promenadeplatz, across from one of Munich's priciest hotels, Molteni&C's flagship fills close to 450 square metres of the Parcus Haus. Four windows face the street, and the whole place reads like a proper showroom rather than a brand stunt.

Neue Werkstätten München runs it, and they've carried Molteni&C for thirty years. That history shows: full kitchens, complete interior planning, real furniture people rather than a pop-up crew.

Good to know

• Open Monday to Saturday, 10 to 6, with appointments outside those hours.
• The four street-facing windows on Promenadeplatz are worth a look even when the shop is shut.
