Saskia Diez makes fine, deliberately plain jewellery in Munich, mostly unisex, sold from Tokyo to New York but made locally. Her new flagship on Reichenbachstraße gives the pieces room to breathe.
Continuous flooring, long stretches of bare wall, cases that let each piece sit small in a big space instead of crowding it. It's a few doors from Homegirl, on a street that's quietly become Munich's densest strip of designer-owned shops.
Good to know
- Open from late morning, Tuesday onwards, it is closed Mondays.
- Pieces are made locally, so sizing and small alterations can usually be handled in the shop.

Came across the store by pure coincidence, then again Reichenbachstraße always has great shops. The Saskia Diez showroom is no different. Very unique designs. I was helped by Simon, who gave attentive, friendly service and advice, let me try on several earrings and rings, and also recommended a piece that wasn’t even on display. I ended up buying this one and can’t wait to wear it. Definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in non-basic jewelry. *Just editing my review to add that I have since visited a few more times, helped again by Simon and now Amelie and Helene, and my feedback still stands. Amazing service and jewelry.

I recently lost one of my beloved SD illusion earrings that I bought back in 2017. I had exhausted every resource trying to locate a replacement but found no luck. I emailed the customer service team here and to my complete surprise they went above and beyond and had a replacement made for me! I'm super elated and cannot thank you enough.
