Unfortunately, I can only agree with the negative reviews regarding customer service. To begin with: I've purchased a few items from Black Palms online before. The label has beautiful clothing – timeless and of good quality. Shipping was always very fast. However, the customer service, which is ONLY reachable by email, is in dire need of improvement! This is not what you would expect given the brand's Instagram presence and regular influencer advertising! I've had to wait weeks for returns to be processed and email inquiries to be answered, sometimes only after one to two weeks. If you have a problem with a returned order, like I currently do, you need a lot of patience. In my case, after a month of processing, only one of the two returned items was registered as a return with Klarna by the shop. According to Black Palms, the reason for the entire delay was a problem with the payment provider's interface. I've been waiting for the return notification from Klarna for item number 2 ever since, even though I've repeatedly informed the shop via email that the entire order was returned in one package and I even have a return receipt confirmation for the item in question. This gives me the impression that my request hasn't been properly reviewed and processed. I then contacted bp customer service again and am still waiting for them to finally process the complete return with Klarna and issue my refund. I'm starting to lose patience and I'm not keen on shopping at bp again in the future. It's a real shame! Update from December 30, 2025: My renewed email inquiry and the return have now finally been processed and I've received my refund.
