Vegan cocktails and DJ sets behind an old-town facade

Bliss opened on Adlerstraße on 1 February 2025, inside a once-derelict historic building a carpenter rebuilt by hand, set in a narrow lane between Adlerstraße and Kaiserstraße.

Every syrup, cordial and infusion is made in-house daily, and every cocktail is vegan, aquafaba standing in for egg white. DJs take over on Fridays and Saturdays.
