All-day bar and tapas on Themistokleous

Coffee in the morning, tapas by afternoon, drinks once Exarchia empties onto the street outside. Erli runs all three in one room on Themistokleous, the loud, political main drag running down from the square, and does it tighter than most of the format-sharing bars around it.

The street stays busy all day, so grab an outside table before mid-evening or you'll be standing.

This place is soo much fun. We went on a quieter night and got quite an amazing and intimate bar experience from Mike and the owner Dimitrios. They were very generous and gave us a bunch of recommendations for bars/restaurants. Went back on a much busier Friday night, and they were still accommodating and got us in. Drinks are well made and delicious, especially the Senorita. Will be going back next time I'm in Athens!

Very friendly staff (the girl that was serving is super friendly and helpful), very nice coffee (not too acidic) and the Greek cookies is such a nice choice of side for a coffee, especially the greek/turkish. As for the food, i took a baguette for 4.50 which was a decent price, quantity and quality for the place of Exarchia. I will definitely go again :)
