Sport on the screens, serious wine behind the bar

A wine list this good next to football on every screen shouldn't work, but at NÍNA it does. The room near the National Theatre has become one of Reykjavík's more talked-about bars precisely because it refuses to pick a lane.

The crowd is young and restless, not the hushed wine-bar type, and live music keeps the later hours loud. Weekends it opens at noon, a rare daytime option before the evening rush takes over.

Hidden Gem, in a side "street" between Hverfisgata and Laugarvegur and somehow built on the end of a parking structure. One of the best looking Sport Bar's in 101 Reykjavík. Happy Hour is Tuesday-Friday 17-19, sometimes mondays(when open) but not Saturdays or Sundays. They have really good Pizza's (Neo) and currently one of the best World Cup 2026 offers, Pizza and Gull Lite Beer 2.990 (20.EUR) !!! Service is friendly and always above and beyond:)

I went to Nina to watch a UFC card with a friend of mine. The screens are giant and the audio was clear, in a cozy atmosphere - particularly liked the curtain style ceilings. The owner was very polite and prepared three delicious different cocktails. The bar was full for the event and the atmosphere vibrant! I definitely recommend!

The service and fun of this place is the best in Reykjavík! The staff embraced us silly Americans and we made friends throughout the entire bar! Thanks so much Sigi (hope I got the spelling right)!! Ps…they have a great place to watch sports as well!!

Best bar in town for a chill vibe and drinks at a fair price (hard to find in Reykjavík!) Also, great cocktail jugs. Djonni Mango can be recommended 🥭

Amazing place with such a great atmosphere, the staff is amazing and we always have a great time when visiting, the best place in Iceland to go for drinks and have a good time with friends
