Three floors built around a fictional cookie dealer
FES built a whole mythology around a character called the cookie dealer, and this Meherchand Market flagship gives him three floors to live in. The Shop downstairs handles the baking and takeaway boxes. The Loft is a living room stocked with books and board games, and The Lab upstairs runs projections and easter eggs starring the dealer and his dog, Fudge.
The cookies are chunky, gooey, eggless and New York-style. Dirty Tiramisu and Dark Chocolate Monster have a cult following, alongside the Banoffee Cloud, matcha drinks and a baked vada pav. Time your visit around the dessert-of-the-month drop. Ben's Cookies opened a few doors away, so the market now runs a cookie rivalry.
