Rooftop Chinese and conceptual cocktails over Lutyens
The terrace above Louve catches the best of Lutyens' Delhi at golden hour, tropical cane furniture and lantern-like totems taking over once the sun drops. Chef Phankri Bey's contemporary Chinese runs from prawn har gao and pork xiaolong bao to miso black cod and char-grilled king trumpet mushrooms.
The cocktail menu is built around wabi-sabi and ikigai, which sounds heavy until you land on tequila and mezcal mixed with lychee and guava. Go at sunset, order the seabass with fermented chilli.
