The drinks here run on sibling ingredients: something paired with its own offshoot. Coffee and cascara, cacao and chocolate, coconut and coconut water, grapes and raisin. It's a clever hook, and it works.

Grab a ledge seat over M Block Market or sink into the amphitheatre-style mosaic seating for mutton birria tacos, Naga-spiced pork carnitas, milk-bread sandos and thick-cut fries. Save room for the phiti coffee tiramisu, made with North Indian whipped coffee.

Came here exhausted and overstimulated on a Saturday night, just looking for a place to relax and have a good drink and take in the evening. Boy, did this place deliver. The cocktails were wonderful, with a fantastic, simple but well thought out underpinning concept. We ordered the chocolate & cacao, jasmine & mogra, milk & honey, and olive & oil, all of which were wonderful. The service was prompt, warm, attentive but not overbearing. It was just a lovely, welcoming space that felt like a secret hideout in the middle of GK2 market. Could not recommend it enough

Ended up going to Second born after dinner for a couple of drinks. I actually happened to stumble across this place as a recommendation from a f&b influencer and we were pleasantly surprised. Tucked comfortably at the end of the market - Second born is a great space if you want to enjoy good drinks and good company. We ordered the Water & Salt, Mace & Nutmeg and one more drink - whose name I am forgetting but was recommended by the server. The Water & Salt was the table favourite and we ended up getting another one. We also ordered the house fries & phiti coffee tiramisu to end the night. It’s an excellent space - has a great view of the market. Cocktails and service is top notch - will be definitely coming back again to try the food this time. Also special mention to the cute collectibles you can take home - a very nice thoughtful touch!

Vipul hosted us really well
