Rosso opened inside Pavorosso on Puebla Street in Roma Norte in 2026, a red-lit cocktail bar staffed entirely by women bartenders, a deliberate choice in an industry where bar programs are still mostly run by men. The design leans into the red theme fully, lighting, upholstery, and glassware all pulling the same direction.

Being tucked inside another venue gives it a speakeasy-adjacent feel without the full secrecy of an unmarked door.
