  The Google map location is correct even the store front doesn't look like a place with seating. That's because the nice seating area is on the second floor. Our local guide said this place has the best avocado juice (they don't call it smoothies or shakes), and indeed it's very good.

  Avacado shake and flan were great. Not the cleanest looking space with cement benches. People are allowed to smoke and it is only partially open. I won't return for dine-in.
