Da Gusto opened on February 18, 2025 on Avenue Al Maghrib Al Arabi, and the local Chaouen Press page had already covered it by that afternoon. The look skips the blue tile most medina cafes lean on, going for something more modern instead.

The menu stays short: coffee, juices, and light snacks, built for students and young locals rather than day-tripping tourists. It's one of a handful of new cafes that have opened on this strip over the past couple of years.
