Eighteen countries of cheese, stacked into one sandwich

De Kaaskantine is the second shop from Pascal Boon, who also runs the De Kaaskop liquor store on the Laat, this time on the Hofstraat together with Axel Cohen. The counter carries cheese from eighteen countries, more variety than most shops in the city bother stocking.

Sandwiches are made fresh here, developed together with Polonio Bar&Bistro and Smits Boerengoed rather than left to guesswork, so the combinations actually hold together.
