Pastéis de nata and a Portuguese deli counter

The original Casa Ferreira on Vinkenburgstraat had a queue and nowhere to sit. This second spot in Wittevrouwen fixed that and added a deli: Portuguese sausage, small round cheeses, tinned fish.

The custard tarts still come out warm and still sell out. Get there before eleven on a Saturday or take whatever is left.
