Lima voted this the city's best specialty coffee bar

Monotono beat every other coffee bar in Lima and Callao to take first place in the specialty coffee category at Lima Experience 2025. The room is stripped back to almost nothing, and the coffee is mostly light-roast Cajamarca beans.

The name is the whole design brief. No food menu, no syrups, just cups poured one at a time in a bare Barranco space.
