A food hall built for San Isidro's lunch rush
Independent kitchens share one roof on Las Begonias, right in the middle of Lima's financial blocks. Bowls and sandwiches at one counter, longer plates and desserts at the next.
The surrounding offices empty out at lunch and the street had nowhere to absorb them, so this filled the gap. Show up at 12:30 and you're queuing. Come at 2 and you'll get any seat you want.

This is a great food hall — the design is very nice, and the service seemed friendly too. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was completely empty, but there’s a wide variety of options: meats, burgers, sushi, salads, sweets, and more. We had a meat dish that was good. I also tried a taco al pastor, which was surprisingly good for Peru — actually, really good. Juicy and sweet with the pineapple, but then again not the real thing. Further I had a pulled pork burger (or sandwich), which was also quite nice and had a good smoky flavor. We were told that the main traffic is usually Monday to Friday, mostly around lunchtime, when it apparently fills up. It’s a fairly new space, and I’m sure it’ll do well in the financial district. It’s also a great spot if you’re staying at the Westin — just 100 meters away. The whole area has been nicely redeveloped. You’ve got Routina, Barrio (a great restaurant that’s been around for years), La Sanahoria the food store, and other places. It’s become a very pleasant little hub.

This place has multiple food outlets in the same place and they serve right on your table giving you a nice dining feel along with variety of options to choose from. The place is huge and gets really busy during lunch time. It is situated right in the heart of business district of San Isidro. I tried this Veg Chowmein from Noodle Bar here and it didn’t disappoint at all. The taste was good. I would love to go back and try the other Vegetarian options this restaurant has to offer.

Breakfast sandwich had one slice of ham and a piece of cheese… the arugula was not fresh. Expected much better value for the price. Ended up leaving still hungry and needing to purchase another breakfast sandwich elsewhere….
