A sanguchería that only does a few things, all of them right
Pandilla keeps the menu narrow on purpose: bread, meat, house sauces, nothing else. The Panchito Villa is the sandwich regulars keep coming back for.
The room is plain and the turnover is quick, good for a lunch you didn't plan. Peru's sandwich culture usually runs informal, but this one has a properly run kitchen behind the counter.
