The grill isn't a station here, it's the center of the room. Everything at Aurora gets built around the open fire, and it shows in how the food tastes.
This stretch of Avenida Larco sits further from central Trujillo, past the usual restaurant blocks, so it's quieter. Worth the extra ten minutes in a taxi.
