Trujillo's microroastery that cracked a continental top-100

Elevaria roasts its own beans and landed on the 2025 list of South America's best coffee shops, a rare feat for a city this far from Lima. The idea here is simple: put the grower's name in front of you before the cup does.

There are two rooms, one on Av. Fátima and one on Av. Larco. Don't skip the pastry counter, it earns as much attention as the espresso bar.
