Natural wine and French-leaning bistro plates on Krakowska
Nat Bistro took over the Krakowska site of an earlier wine bar and runs it as a natural-wine bar and bistro. It's the project of Joseph di Blasi, a familiar figure in the Polish natural-wine world, and the list is the reason many people come.
The kitchen cooks in a modern French-bistro idiom to match the bottles. It earned a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide for its passion for natural wine.

Favorite wine list in Krakow by far. Wojtek was enthusiastic and super knowledgeable about the list. Wish we had more time to spend there! Have to call out the cheese plate as well for being the perfect compliment to our bottle. Ambiance was lovely as well.

We found this place by an accident and walked in without the reservation. We were lucky to have one last table available for us and by the end of the evening we were so happy to be able to experience all the food. Each dish was incredibly delicious with thoughtful flavor combinations. Wine - amazing. We absolutely loved everything about our dinner including the vibe and service and will recommend this place to everyone visiting Krakow š¤

I decided to visit this place due to its great reviews and Michelin recognition. First of all, it is a cute, intimate little spot that fits about 20 people and is easy to miss from the street. We started with the oysters, which were fresh and tasty. The beef tartare was delicious and velvety; the King oyster mushroom didn't add much to the flavor, but it definitely elevated the presentation. Next, we had the stracciatella. Unfortunately, this plate was completely flavorless and a big disappointment. After that came the veal with artichokes. The mayonnaise practically ruined the dish for meāit lacked any wasabi flavor, and honestly, a horseradish cream would have been a better, more delicate choice. Then came the smoked trout agnolotti, which was an interesting, delicate, and enjoyable dish. We finished with the cod cheeks, and this plate was absolutely first class. It was delicious and delicate, and it really woke up all the taste buds. Honestly, I am glad this dish came last because it left me thrilled that I stopped by. To sum up: delicate, fresh food made from high-quality ingredients. I wanted to give it a 5/5, but in good conscience, I can't, because it simply wasn't an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime meal.

Really great food! They're clearly testing out some great flavours. Cod cheeks was by far the best dish!

Visited in April 2026, and received amazing food from very friendly service in a superb atmosphere. The oysters were fresh and delicious, and from all the food ordered, two dishes stood out. The Polish sausage and its purƩe were to die for. But the duck... I have had a lot of duck over the years, but this one was one was the best I have ever had. I could easily go back (for sure) and order only duck. Tastes are interesting and compliment eachother.
