There's no storefront here, just a boat tied off the Katara Cultural Village shoreline, serving coffee as the water rocks underneath you. It's billed as Qatar's first floating café, and it looks the part.

It only opens Thursday through Saturday, afternoon into evening, so it feels more like a happening than a regular haunt. Plan your visit around those three days rather than swinging by on a whim.
