Skip the hotel's fine-dining rooms and head outside. Pier Garden is Mondrian Doha's open-air answer to Morimoto and its other indoor restaurants, built for skyline views and a later kitchen rather than a formal sit-down meal.

It's the social pace of the property, not the polished one. Open daily from late afternoon into the night, with longer hours Thursday through Saturday when the weekend crowd shows up.
