A Parisian pastry chef's first Gulf patisserie

Croissants this precise didn't exist in Doha before Nicolas Rouzaud showed up. The French pastry chef built his first Gulf outpost at the Four Seasons on The Pearl around exacting viennoiserie and cake work that had no dedicated home in the city until now.

It's a café-patisserie hybrid, not a sit-down dinner spot: come for coffee and pastry through the day in a bright, Paris-styled room inside the resort.
