Bucharest's grandest address is now an all-suite Corinthia
Thirty suites, one address that's anchored Regina Elisabeta since 1871. The old Grand Hotel du Boulevard reopened after a long restoration as Corinthia's first Romanian property, and it's already the most expensive hotel in the country.
The spa on the fourth floor runs with THAIco, and the Old Town is a five-minute walk. You don't need a room key either: the restaurants and bars are open to anyone off the street.

Perfectly located in the centre of Bucharest. Impeccable service, spacious, comfortable and luxurious rooms and one of the most beautiful breakfast rooms you can imagine. Don’t miss out their Sass Bar at night for drinks and DJ. And if you need some recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing etc, ask the concierge who will not only organise your reservation but also provide you with information on the city’s history.

We are currently staying at Corinthia Bucharest and are truly enjoying every moment of our experience. From the very beginning, we have felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. The entire team is professional, attentive and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. We would especially like to highlight Mr. Caramida, whose kindness, professionalism and personal attention have made a real difference throughout our stay. The hotel perfectly combines elegance, heritage and timeless hospitality. We especially appreciate the personal touch. The food is excellent, the service impeccable and our room is beautiful. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay and can already say that we will gladly return. Thank you to the entire Corinthia team for creating such a memorable experience. Mario. P

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by Augustine, whose charm, professionalism and genuine hospitality immediately made an impression. He generously took the time to show us around this magnificent historic hotel, beautifully restored and decorated with a perfect balance of elegance, comfort and character. Augustine’s enthusiasm for the property was infectious, and his kindness made our visit truly memorable. Thanks to him, what began as a simple visit has convinced us that we will be returning to stay. A wonderful ambassador for a truly stunning hotel.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels in Bucharest — a beautiful and expensive place where you genuinely feel comfortable. The location is excellent: everything is within walking distance, and transportation is not an issue. We were checked in earlier than the official time, and we really liked the room — a beautiful bathroom and a great view from the window. Complimentary drinks (still and sparkling water), a coffee machine with capsules, a Dyson hairdryer, and high-quality toiletries made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was very good. It was easy to arrange a pick-up point for sightseeing, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. That said, the hotel seems more tailored to business travelers than tourists — especially when it comes to breakfast. We had two experiences: the first time, we arrived at 6:30 (opening time) and mentioned we only had 15 minutes. The staff seemed unprepared, and we were only offered yogurt. The second time, we pre-ordered a hot breakfast for 6:30, but at 6:45 we were served cold poached eggs. We were in a rush and didn’t even manage to take the pastries. We also tried a set-menu dinner at the restaurant. The food was decent (cabbage with pistachios, trout with sweet potato purée, and Pavlova), but the price-to-quality ratio was average. Overall, the hotel leaves a very positive impression, and you will definitely feel comfortable staying there. The only weaker point is the food, which does not quite match the otherwise high standard.

I returned to the Corinthia Grand Hotel for a friend's trunk sale of his fashion line Mihai Manciu. The rooms are spectacular and the terrace had nice views. If I HAD to complain about anything, it's the location. The hotel is in walking distance to some major attractions, like the Old Center (Centrul vechi) and the Ateneul Roman (famous Românian music hall), but the hotel is adjacent to high volume traffic part of Calea Victoria so it can be noisy.
