Coffee with a working harbor for a view
Cranes on one side, yachts on the other. The terrace at Port View Café sits above Koper's passenger terminal and looks straight over the working port, a mix of scenery no old town café can touch.
This isn't a franchise kiosk. It's run independently under the port authority, and the menu backs that up with proper cocktails alongside the coffee. Come back Friday or Saturday night, when it stays open until 1am.
Good to know
- Go at golden hour for the best light on the harbor.
- Weekend nights run later, until 1am, with a full drinks menu.

All fine, perfect view, good service and nice personal. But Latino and pop music make terrible atmosphere. Someone who has a good taste should make a music design for them

We had such a great time here! Amazing London mule (didn’t try any food but you get some free chips or nuts with your drinks). But the best thing, and you get that from the name I guess, is the unobstructed view into the cargo harbour. if there’s a cruise ship in town, it’s so close you can almost touch it. We stayed in Koper for three days and went here every evening.
