Incredible stay at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung! This is an amazing hotel with incredibly helpful and kind staff! The breakfast buffet was above and beyond expectations with a juice bar, ice cream freezer, dim sum service and a delectable hot bar with a wide selection of local and global favorites. The pork rice was delightful! The room was spotless, elegant and so restful. A special note for the rooftop bar, so vibey and breezy in the evenings- the burger I ordered was unexpectedly amazing! Laundry service was so easy and fast. This hotel set the bar so high for any future hotel stays!

If we could give it 10 stars we would. We spent a week here for a convention and had lots opportunity to engage with the staff. Service was exceptional. The hotel was clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. It’s clear that good management plays a role here. Every staff member we worked with was kind and helpful, going beyond what was asked to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect for the exhibition centre.

I had a wonderful night stay at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung. The hotel feels very modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a calm Japanese-inspired design that makes it really relaxing as soon as you walk in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the bathroom setup and how spotless everything was. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a long day. And they have a beautiful rooftop bar with many drink options. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, always willing to help and making the experience feel very welcoming. Service is outstanding. The breakfast was also the biggest highlight with a great variety of quality options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and relaxing hotel experience in the city.

Excellent four star cooperate hotel with EXCEPTIONAL Japanese style hospitality service, which pays attention to the little details. I was upgraded by a very courteous front desk agent ,named Ray Lew, assisted by supervisor James Chung and door man Eddie. As service industry goes, their quality exceeded Singapore Airlines and even Crystal Cruise line, in my humble opinion. As for the facility, I truly enjoyed their Japanese style Spa. Hope you all get to enjoy this place.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nikko Kaohsiung and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very spacious, which made the stay extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the stunning view of the city from my window, especially at night. The location is excellent as well – just a short walk to the exhibition center, making it very convenient for business or events. The hotel’s facilities are clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kaohsiung, whether for work or leisure.
