A dead hotel, reborn steps from the harbor

This building has a past. Renovated in 2017 as the Brise Hotel, it sat foreclosed and empty for years while Yancheng kept moving around it. The team behind Shinlin Garden Hotel took it over and reopened it in February 2026 as Lunaris, a new brand, not a patch job.

The location does the selling: Pier-2 Art Center, the Love River and the Yanchengpu food streets are all a few minutes on foot. Rates sit in the mid range, which is rare this close to the water.
