Taipei's first brutalist bar, mixed by unDer lab

Concrete walls, no signage, drinks that read like a mood board. Nowhere Bar looks poured rather than built, and the team behind it, unDer lab, treats cocktails like perfume or fashion briefs instead of recipes.

Desserts come from concept patisserie LiLinLi. Skip the familiar names on the menu and order whatever sounds least like a drink; it's open Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm to 1am.
