An Chen built his reputation behind bars in Shanghai before bringing it home to a quiet corner south of the Xinyi towers. Rotating art exhibitions share the room with a cocktail list that reads like three chapters of the same essay.
It opens at 2pm, so you can start on coffee-hour light and slide into cocktails as the room fills in. Less scene than the hotel bars, more ideas per drink.
