My stay at Capella Taipei was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel blends modern luxury with a calm, elegant atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax in the middle of the city. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel truly premium. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were of the highest quality. Every part of the hotel reflected excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They anticipated guests’ needs without being intrusive, making the entire experience feel personalized and welcoming. The facilities were equally outstanding, especially the wellness areas and public spaces, which were peaceful and meticulously maintained. The dining experience was also excellent, with high-quality food and attentive service. Overall, Capella Taipei exceeded my expectations in every way. From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding hospitality, it was a memorable stay that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a world-class hotel in Taipei. I went there for brunch to enjoy Plume for the pastries. Wow. They have very good desserts to choose from. Don't skip out on the cookies. They are incredibly soft. I wish I bought more. Stay for the food. I had a beef soup and Caesar salad. My cousin ordered a lobster roll and popcorn chicken. Just great overall.

Thank you so much to Rachel for thoughtfully taking us on a tour of the banquet venue and for giving us such a detailed introduction to the unique features of each space, as well as the important things to keep in mind throughout the planning process 🫶🫶🫶 The entire experience felt incredibly welcoming, relaxed, and pressure-free. We especially loved the second-floor spaces. The Gallery offers both a large banquet area with long tables and a separate cozy, home-style lounge space, making it perfect for continuing the celebration with an after-party right next door after the banquet 😍😍😍 We truly hope to have the opportunity to hold our wedding reception in this beautiful venue in the future 😍😍😍

Had a great time at Capella Taipei, the hotel Is beautifully situated in Minsheng Community and Close by train also the songshang airport. The hotel feels nicely tucked away from a city escape with nice mountains views. The living room offers very nicely appointed style overlooking the pool and the cultural engagements was fun especially the wooden window making frame with culturist team. Thank you for helping with the city tour arrangements including a last minute request for restaurants. The breakfast was great with a nice selection of western and local options. I really like the glass house bar and they served great drinks in the bar

Big shout out to our guys, Richard and Ollie! They took amazing care of us while we were at the Capella for a work event. They were incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and respectful, but also had a great sense of humor that made our stay so much fun. They deserve a massive shout out for going above and beyond!
