Hot-spring hotel doing Beitou the quiet way
Skip the public bathhouses. Rooms here come with their own soaking tubs fed straight from Beitou's sulfur springs, so the district's signature ritual happens on your own floor, in a gold-certified green building built around Zen-lite Japanese design.
It's three minutes from Xinbeitou station, with the Hot Spring Museum, the library and Thermal Valley all an easy walk away. Of the district's newer openings, this is the one locals actually book for themselves.

Thank very much for the excellent service of Vincent, the morning shift front desk staff, who helped me a lot on my check out date. Not only he is sincere, honest and diligent, his kindness to me and my group of guests, really brightened our day! The staff Jenny who led us to the car we booked, she was very friendly, cheerful and professional. Her excellent service and wonderful smile make us remember this wonderful hotel and the staff team. The housekeeping team is very good too, they are patient and professional, and gentle in detailed manner of housekeeping, which we see the room is well tidied and the necessities were refilled properly. This is a wonderful hotel at good location. We will come again!

This trip was a very special one for our three-generation family as we celebrated my father’s 70th birthday, and we were able to spend a comfortable and wonderful time at this resort. We especially appreciated the thoughtful event prepared by the resort, which made my parents very happy and satisfied. Since many families stay here, we also loved the family-friendly atmosphere and the facilities designed with children in mind. One suggestion would be to provide a bit more attention to younger children during breakfast or lounge service, such as child-friendly utensils and cups, as well as menu options that are easier for small children to enjoy. I believe this would make the experience even more satisfying for families traveling with kids. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay that gave our family many wonderful memories.

We loved our stay. The room is great with the hot springs experience but what stood out is the service. All the staffs are attentive, friendly and patient. The Happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30pm is such a nice touch. We get to snack on different snacks, appetizers and try out various drinks. Special shout-out to Parker (who gave my son a lovely toy) and recommended a yummy cocktail (made by Ada and Joyce). Thank you for making our stay extra memorable 🫶

We had a really pleasant stay and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. We thought it was really worth and Sandy was very helpful and kind when helping us with checking out and luggage when we had to step out. It’s also a very convenient location right next to the MRT. I would recommend this hotel if you want to try the hot springs!

Fantastic stay!! We extended our stay as everything from the services to the room are top notch! You feel relaxed and pampered the moment you walked into the hotel/room and makes you not wanting to leave! In-room hot springs is great and we skipped the larger in-hotel hot springs. Location is perfect with short walk to the thermal valley n museum. Services are the best as they remember you after check in and prepare everything you need before asking! 👏Definitely going back soon! 👍
