Loud Cantonese cooking in the P23 building off Asoke
Canton Disco plays Cantonese food loud rather than reverent, in a room built for a group with a bottle on the table. It sits inside P23, the block on Sukhumvit 23 that's quietly become one of the busiest eating addresses in the Asoke grid.
Go with four or more so you can get through the roast meats and still order noodles. Weekends fill early.

Absolutely love this place and the quality of Siu long bao is amazing: this noodle skin, yummy pork inside and a good amount of soup! The best we found in BKK so far, spoken as long term HK residents 🥳 We’ll be back

The food was authentic with minimal fusion, catering well to Thai people who enjoy spicier flavors. The restaurant itself is beautifully set up, and the staff were both friendly and professional. However, the flavors felt a little on the bland side, which left the food slightly behind expectations. That said, it was still a pleasant experience, made even better by the complimentary shots at the end.

The restaurant hosts a free-flow brunch every weekend, and last Sunday I got to try their Carvery Edition, which was packed with Hong Kong-style BBQ and creative cocktails, many of which were tea-based — fun to sip and enjoy. What I loved most was how generous they were with the proteins. The crispy-skinned roasted chicken and crispy pork were excellent, but the highlight was definitely the unlimited tomahawk steak and beef ribs — such a treat! Everything was flavorful and satisfying. The vibe was lively too — even at lunchtime, they had a DJ spinning live with a fun, party-like energy. And if that’s not enough, you can also order à la carte dim sum to go with everything too.

Modern Cantonese cuisine with friendly service. Wide variety of dishes, with dim sum being my favorite. Lively atmosphere, perfect for hanging out or partying, with a DJ on set as well.

Cantonese food with a twist! Newly set up restaurant in Soi 23. Cool interiors, great service and interesting food with good flavours. Additional items added to the menu like dimsum. Price wise is reasonable. Could do with more wine selection though. Many cocktails to choose from also.
