Emek Ankara is a small specialty coffee bar with a cake counter, the sort of daily-driver café that has given the Ayrancı and Kızılay border its own coffee culture. Well-pulled espresso, filter and a rotating set of bakes are the draw, in a room built for lingering rather than grabbing and going.

It sits on Güvenlik Caddesi among a cluster of cafés and small restaurants. A reliable stop for a flat white and a slice mid-afternoon.
