Real cocktails, hiding in Beytepe's mall

Skip the food court and head for the dim, stylish room tucked in the Beytepe 1923 shopping center. This is the district's first real cocktail bar, and it knows it: classic technique, a seasonal menu, and a tone that shifts as the night goes.

Start light with an aperitif-style drink, then let the list turn spirit-forward later on. It's pulled drinkers off Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Bulvarı from well beyond the neighborhood, out of a district better known for its university campus than its nightlife.
