Republique sits on Bestekar Caddesi, the strip off Tunalı Hilmi where Ankara has been drinking for forty years. Doors open at noon and stay open until two in the morning, so you can start with lunch and stay for the night.

The kitchen runs to match the bar, not the other way around. Past eleven it gets loud.
