A Walthamstow wine bar that pours everything by the glass

No bottle-only listings here. Every wine at Olfaclub comes by the glass, an expensive way to run a bar and a generous one for drinkers. The water list gets the same respect, mineral water treated as a real choice, not a default, while guest chefs rotate through the kitchen.

Walthamstow has built a proper bar scene over the last decade, but little of it has leaned toward wine nerds. This St James Street spot fills that gap.

Super great wine bar run by Walthamstow locals. Great atmosphere, music and snacks! The wine is not at all pretentious and the descriptions and recommendations are spot on ! It’s exactly what this area of Walthamstow needs- look forward to coming back soon.

Wow the choice of wine is amazing. Staff super knowledgable. Music an absolute vibe. And a massive bonus for my friend that doesn’t drink - AF wine that tastes like actual wine! Looking forward to my next visit 🍷

Love this place. The whole whatsapp group and walk-in only concept, the wine selection, the service, the music. The wine list was enormous and seems to be changing a lot, it’s sorted from easy drinking to very complex wines and there are very reasonably priced but also some very exclusive wines on it. The way they treat wine, vinyl, tap water and customers is 100/10. If you are into wine and vinyl you have to visit.

Celebrated my 40th here and it was so wonderful. Jeremy and Bethany are brilliant hosts and know their stuff. The bar snacks are from a local business, and they have a daily changing wine menu. You must visit this place.

The best wine bar in London, without a doubt. A beautiful, contemporary aesthetic - every detail has been carefully curated for an exceptional customer experience. You can drink unusual and unique natural wines by the glass. The couple who run the space are warm, welcoming and super knowledgeable. I want to be friends with them! Go folks, it’s the best.
