A fully gluten-free kitchen, now in South Asheville

South Asheville finally gets its own dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Posana's second location landed in Biltmore Park Town Square on October 9, 2025, bringing the downtown original's seasonal menu across town for the first time.

Brunch, lunch and dinner all run here just like the flagship, so diners with dietary restrictions no longer have to drive downtown for a full sit-down meal that's entirely gluten-free.
