Fresh bubble tea lands on Memorial Drive

Reynoldstown's Memorial Drive just got a bubble tea spot, and it shares a storefront with Mama Lin's Chicken Delight. Two new food businesses, one address, zero excuse not to try both.

The stretch has been filling in fast through 2026 as new openings replace the gaps between residential blocks. This one's worth the stop if you're already in the neighborhood for chicken.

We came here after a visit to the Consulate, which was excellent as well. The Sakura Rose Tea is amazing, I have no doubt I’ll be coming back just to have more of that. The chicken sandwiches were delicious and come with a large selection of possible sauces. My partner and I also loved the potato, it was fun to share, crispy, and encrusted with an amazing seasoning. Great all around, but the tea was to die for.

This place was such an absolute gem. They have so many different tea options and the brown sugar boba was DELICIOUS! They also have an herbal tea that was also so yummy! My husband and I also got a sandwich each and oh my goodness were we shocked when we first opened the box. The sandwiches were huge and so stinkin delicious! You totally get your money’s worth and then some. The chicken was also breaded and cooked perfectly and you can choose to have it tossed in a sauce. They have a variety of different options to choose from and they’re different than just the typical sauces you would toss wings in. The only bad part is that we visited from out of town and now I have to come home knowing I won’t be able to eat here again unless we come back to Atlanta. But if we do come back to visit Atlanta, this will hands down be a part of our visit!

Tea and boba were great with a ton of options - love the ube milk tea! The chicken sandwich is incredible though, the chicken is so crispy and I love that you can choose your sauce and cheese. The potato spiral is also so fun and delicious!!

So happy they are back! I have been a customer at honey bubble since they opened. I really liked the addition of food- this slider was an opening special with the herbal tea for 10$. It was absolutely delicious. Had to get my classic favorite pistachio milk tea. Easy free parking. The new place is fancy and clean with indoor/outdoor seating. My only complaint is they are too far away from my house haha. Thanks guys and happy you are back

New location. Not sure if I will return due to it took about 30 min to get food. Maybe more training is needed. Hopefully they get better.
