The Oklahoma-style fried onion smashburger is the lunch move, but the zesty Albanian chicken sandwich gives it a real fight. Both sit alongside buttermilk and pimento cheese biscuits and housemade granola on a menu that pulls straight from owners Nebi and Lindsay Berhane's own backgrounds.

Weekends bring Liege waffles and a caramel-topped coffee drink built on Ethiopian beans. The whole thing started as a farmers market stall before landing across from Atlanta Dairies in Reynoldstown.
